DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty CAN communication circuit
  • Faulty IBAU
Threshold Value
  • The ABS, ESC message is not received during 500 ms within normal voltage condition
  • The fault is not checked for 2s after ignition "ON"
  • The fault is not checked if CAN bus off is present
Warning Lamp
  • Warning Lamp "ON"
Clear Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
