Carefully re-do troubleshooting steps.
This fault code may be a temporary fault due to poor contact with the wiring. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors and DTC still occurs. Repair or replace IBAU and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and if no problems were found with the circuits or connectors and DTC still occurs at brake pedal :ON", replace BLS and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
