DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short or open in P-CAN line between IBAU and ECM
  • Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal EMS CAN signal received
Warning Lamp
  • ESC (ESP), AVH warning indicator lamp "ON"
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
