| DTC Strategy |
- AHB valve voltage monitoring
|
- Poor connector connection
- Open or short to ground in valve relay circuit
- Low voltage on valve relay
- Faulty IBAU
|
| Case1 |
Threshold Value |
- A fault is detected if AHB valve relay voltage is less than 5V for more than 0.2s while the valve relay is "ON"
|
| Warning Lamp |
- EBD/ABS/ESC (ESP)/AVH warning indicator lamp "ON"
- Buzzer "ON"
|
| Case2 |
Threshold Value |
- A fault is detected if ABS valve relay voltage is greater than 6V for more than 0.2s while the valve relay is "OFF"
- A failure is detected if the voltage difference between power side and load side of ABS valve relay is greater than 1.15V more than 0.2s
|
| Warning Lamp |
- EBD/ABS/ESC (ESP)/AVH warning indicator lamp "ON"
- EBD inhibited
|
| Case3 |
Threshold Value |
- A fault is detected if AHB valve relay voltage is greater than 6V for more than 0.2s while the valve relay is "OFF"
|
| Warning Lamp |
- ABS/ESC (ESP)/AVH warning indicator lamp "ON"
|
| Disable Condition |
- Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
