- When the MCU can't erase or write a data of the EEPROM
- A failure is detected if an abnormal operation of RAM, ROM, interrupt, timer, A/D converter, cycle time is detected in master processor or in slave processor
- A failure is detected if the communication error between internal components is detected
- A failure is detected if the internal components initialization is not completed
- A failure is detected if an abnormal operation of internal power supply is detected
