| DTC Strategy |
|
- Poor connector connection
- Sensor off-set error
- Electrical noise signal
- Abnormal off-set of pressure sensor
- Faulty SAS
- Faulty HECU
|
| Threshold Value |
- During straight driving, If the steering wheel angle is greater than 55° IBAU detects the failure
- When the steering wheel angle is out of sensor spec, IBAU detects the failure
- When the difference between estimated angle and measured angle of the SAS is greater than 50°/s, failure is detected, if the fault condition is maintained for t≥1.5s.
- In case that diagnostic signal fault of SAS was happened for more than 100 ms within normal voltage condition
- When the steering wheel angle is under 3° during left/right curve, IBAU detects the failure
|
| Warning Lamp |
- ESC, AVH warning indicator lamp "ON"
|
| Disable Condition |
- SAS signal is normal on a driving above 20 km/h (12.4 MPH) after Ignition ON again and SAS signal on right/left turn is larger than 25°
