DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Message Monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty CAN communication circuit
  • Faulty cluster
Threshold Value
  • The CLU2 or CLU12 message is not received during 500 ms and 5s respectively
  • The fault is not checked during 2s after ignition turns on
  • The fault is not checked if the CAN bus off fault is detected
Warning Lamp
  • Warning Lamp "ON"
Clear Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
