- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in TPMS's connector or was repaired and IBU memory was not cleared.
- Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary, go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
In case of replacing IBU, perform following "System Inspection" procedure.
No Good
- Besides C166200, check the internal/external factors which could interfere with DTC, sensor status, and RF signal in the vehicle.
- Go to "System Inspection " procedure.
- Perform "Register Sensor" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS TPMS or drive vehicle with over 15.5MPH (25km/h) to complete "Auto Learning" and "Auto Location", after TPMS sensor is replaced.
