DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check whether receives the current data (check the failure of the RAM or ROM)
  • Damaged IBU (RF receiver circuit)
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal battery voltage is 9 to 16V
  • The vehicle speed is greater than 15.5MPH (25km/h)
Threshold Value
  • A faulty TPMS module internal communication circuit
Disable Conditions
  • Normal RF data received (more than one data among four TPMS sensors)
