DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal check
  • pen or short in C-CAN communication line
  • Faulty wheel speed sensor
  • Engine EMS system
  • HECU system
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal battery voltage is 9 to 16V
Threshold Value
  • When vehicle speed signal has not been received through the CAN signal from EMS for 2.5s
Disable Conditions
  • EMS CAN signal received
