Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the OCS ECU connector. Ignition "ON".	OCS ECU connector	1 (ON/START Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the OCS ECU connector.	OCS ECU connector	4 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If problem still occurs, replace OCS ECU and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
