Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component and A/C control module.
 Intake actuator connector 4 (fresh) A/C control module connector 14 (fresh) Approx. below 1Ω
Intake actuator connector 3 (recirculation) A/C control module connector 15 (recirculation)
Intake actuator connector 4 (fresh) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
Intake actuator connector 3 (recirculation) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω

Good 

  1. Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
