DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Signal circuit short
  • Faulty mode control actuator
  • Faulty A/C control module
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Feedback circuit short or feedback signal is less than 4.9V for more than 1s
Fail Safe
  • If vent mode is selected: Actuator is positioned at vent mode
  • If other mode is selected: Actuator is positioned at defrost (DEF) mode
