DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Signal circuit open or short
  • Faulty temperature actuator
  • Faulty A/C control module
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Feedback signal is less than 0.1V for more than 1s
Fail Safe
  • In case passenger set temperature is below 22°C (71.6°F): Actuator is positioned at cool mode
  • In case passenger set temperature is higher than 22.5°C (72.5°F): Actuator is positioned at warm mode
