DTC B1241-11: Evaporator Sensor Short (Low): General Description

Evaporator sensor is located on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) unit and detects the evaporator core temperature to prevent compressor operation by not supplying power to compressor and prevent evaporator from freezing by excessive cooling.
