Front brake disc thickness check
- Check the brake pads for wear and fade.
- Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
- Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 8 points, at least, at the same distance apart (5mm) from the brake disc outer circle.

- 15 inch: 23 mm (0.9055 in)
- 16 inch: 25 mm (0.9843 in)
Service limit
- 15 inch: 21mm (0.8268 in)
- 16 inch: 23.4 mm (0.9213 in)
- If wear exceeds the limit, replace left and right discs and pad assemblies of the vehicle.
