Spark Plug Inspection

- Refer to appropriate service information and visually and/or physically inspect following conditions; - Damaged insulation, worn electrodes, oil or fuel fouled, loose terminals and cracks.
- Measure the electrode gap.
Specification : Approx. 0.8 to 0.9mm (0.0314 to 0.0354in)
- Measure the insulation resistance with a multimeter.
Specification : Approx. 10MΩ or more
- Has any problems been found?
Good
- Go to "Fuel System Inspection " procedure.
No Good
- Repair as necessary and than go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
