Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit check (exhaust)
  • Check connector connection
  • Open in power circuit
  • Control circuit open
  • Exhaust OCV (Bank1)
  • PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Time after engine start is higher than 3.5s
  • Coolant temperature higher than -5°C (23°F)
  • Reference position adaption is completed
  • No related CMP sensor error
  • No related CKP sensor error
Threshold Value
  • Circuit open (ECU power stage diagnosis)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
