Component Inspection

Inspection Condition Inspection Procedure Reference
  1. Ignition "ON".
  1. Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)".
  2. Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS.

Good 

  1. Go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Go to "Inspect OCV - Ex (Bank1)" procedure.
Inspect OCV - Ex (Bank1)
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect OCV - Ex (Bank1) connector.
 OCV - Ex (Bank1) (component side) 1 (power) OCV - Ex (Bank1) (component side) 2 (control) Approx. 9.4 to 10.4Ω

Good 

  1. Go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  2. If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the OCV - Ex (Bank1) and go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
