Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 OCV valve #2 connector 2 (control) PCM connector 35 (control) Approx. below 1Ω
OCV valve #2 connector 1 (power) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
OCV valve #2 connector 2 (control) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 OCV valve #2 connector 1 (power) Chassis ground - B+

Good 

  1. Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
