DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the CAN communication
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty P-CAN communication circuit
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON", battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
  • 0.5s after PCM/TCM turns "ON"
Threshold Value
  • CAN timeout is detected
Detecting Time
  • 2.1s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
