Component Inspection

Inspection Condition Inspection Procedure Reference
  1. Ignition "ON".
  2. Engine "ON" and no DTC.
  1. Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)".
  2. Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS.

  1. Engine "ON".
 Injector #1 connector 2 (power) Chassis ground - Fig.2
Injector #1 connector 1 (control)

Good 

  1. Go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  2. If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the injector#1 and go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
