Inspection Procedure

Ignition "OFF"., remove PCV valve from rocker cover.
Insert a thin tool into the PCV valve from the threaded side and verify that the plunger is moving.
Is the PCV valve moving correctly?

Good

Go to "Injector Resistance Inspection " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and than go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
