Enable Conditions	Acceleration pedal 0% and Vehicle speed 0km/h (0MPH) ECT greater than 74°C (165.2°F) Canister purge flow lower than 8kg/h Battery voltage is at between 11 and 16V
Threshold Value	Difference of actual engine speed and target engine speed greater than 200RPM
