Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the fuel pump.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL PUMP ")

  2. Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A) and fuel sender connector (B).

  3. Disconnect the return nozzle (A) after releasing the hook (B).

  4. Remove cushion hook (A) and then remove the reservoir cup (B).

  5. Disconnect the feed tube (A).

  6. Remove the pre-filter (A).

  7. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (A).

  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
