Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 PCM/TCM 41, 64, 75, 85 (power) -PCM 3, 17, 65, 66 (power) -TCM Chassis ground - B+
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 PCM/TCM 1, 2, 4 (ground) -PCM 57, 58, 61 (ground) -TCM Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "ON".
 PCM/TCM 77 (P-CAN high) - PCM 44 (P-CAN high) - TCM Chassis ground - Fig.1
PCM/TCM 60 (P-CAN low) - PCM 45 (P-CAN low) - TCM Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 ICU 12 (P-CAN high) ICU 11 (P-CAN low) Approx. 60Ω
PCM TCM 77 (P-CAN high) - PCM 44 (P-CAN high) - TCM PCM/TCM 60 (P-CAN low) - PCM 45 (P-CAN low) - TCM Approx. 60Ω
ICU 12 (P-CAN high) PCM/TCM 77 (P-CAN high) - PCM 44 (P-CAN high) - TCM Approx. below 1Ω
ICU 11 (P-CAN low) PCM/TCM 60 (P-CAN low) - PCM 45 (P-CAN low) - TCM Approx. below 1Ω
