DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check charging circuit voltage
  • Poor connection in power circuit
  • Poor connection in ground circuit
  • Over charging
  • Faulty ECU
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Charging circuit voltage is too low
Detecting Time
  • 7.2ms
Warning Lamp
  • Warning lamp "ON"
Symptom
  • Feeling of steering wheel becomes heavy
Fail Safe
  • No assist of steering wheel
Service Lamp "ON" Condition
  • 1 Driving cycle (Start "ON" and Ignition "OFF" 1 time)
Service Lamp "OFF" Condition
  • Next Ignition cycle
Disable Condition
  • Next Ignition cycle
