DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage
  1. Poor connection
  2. Glove box lower sound mood lamp circuit is open or short to battery/ground
  3. Faulty glove box lower sound mood lamp
  4. Faulty SML unit
Enable Conditions
  • -
Threshold Value
  • Diagnosis by voltage difference through controller in/out control (wire voltage is higher than 3.25V: normal, lower than 1.75V: not concluded)
Symptom
  • Glove box lower sound mood lamp is not lit
Repair Action
  • Connect SML LIN
