DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Rationality check, noisy
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to ground in harness
  • IATS
  • ECM
Enable Conditions
  • (A) Vehicle speed is greater than 50km/h (31mph)
  • (B) Air mass flow is between 24 and 300kg/h
  • Time after (A) + (B) is greater than 8s
Threshold Value
  • Absolute value of difference between raw IAT and filtered IAT is greater than 0.498V
Diagnostic Time
  • 7s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
