DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Checking a power supply voltage
  • When operating vehicle in a high temperature for a long period of time, the internal temperature of the sensor rises due to rise in the internal temperature of the bumper
Enable Condition
  • 2s elapsed after ignition "ON"
  • Normal input voltage condition (C110117/C110216 DTC not generated)
  • BCW "ON" or RCCW "ON"
Threshold Value
  • BCW internal temperature is higher than 125°C (257°F)
Detecting Time
  • 25s
Clear Condition
  • BCW internal temperature is lower than 100°C (212°F)
