Circuit Inspection

Charging System Inspection
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Shift lever position "P".
  2. Ignition "ON".
  3. Start the engine and turn the headlight, rear window defogger and all other electrical devices.
  4. Measure voltage between (+) terminal and (-) terminal of battery while maintaining engine RPM at 2500RPM.
 Battery (+) Terminal Battery (-) Terminal 9 to 16V
BCW Radar Circuit Inspection
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 BCW radar (RH) 7 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+
BCW radar (LH) 7 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 BCW radar (RH) 4 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
BCW radar (LH) 4 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
