DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring CAN communication
  • The driver door is open
  • Poor connection connector
  • Short or open circuit of the CAN communication
  • Faulty IBU-SMK
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal battery voltage condition (9 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • B-CAN high and low circuit simultaneous 0V detection (short to ground)
  • B-CAN high and low circuit simultaneous battery voltage detection (short to battery)
Detecting Time
  • 2s
DTC Erasing Time
  • Received the normal CAN data
