DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • LIN communication check (alternator)
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty LIN communication circuit of alternator
  • Faulty alternator
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is greater than 10.8V
  • Time after engine start is greater than 1s
Threshold Value
  • Bus-off timer is greater than 2s
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
