DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • TG open
  • Poor connector connection or damaged harness
  • Open in HO2S control circuit
  • Front HO2S
Enable Conditions
  • Fuel system status is cut off
  • Sensor ceramic target temp is greater than 830°C (1526°F)
  • EGT around upstream O2S (model) is less than 750°C (1382°F)
  • Internal resistance signal is valid
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage is greater than 4.37V
  • Sensor voltage is less than 4.85V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously (2s)
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
