DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in C-CAN line between ESC and ICU
  • Faulty ICU unit
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • No network bus off condition
Threshold Value
  • ICU CAN message is not received
Detecting Time
  • 2s
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
Warning Lamp
  • ESC (DBC not applied vehicle), DBC, AVH warning lamp "ON"
