Repair Procedures: Inspection

- Measure a resistance of NTC and Heated pad.
- NTC resistance (Black/Gray):
10.0 kΩ ± 3% [25 °C (77 °F)]
8.875 - 11.27 kΩ [at 23 - 27 °C (73.4 - 80.6 °F)]
- Heated pad resistance (Black/Yellow): 1.45 - 1.85 Ω [at 21 - 23°C (69.8 - 73.4 °F)
- NTC resistance (Black/Gray):
- Measure a temperature.
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must rise from -20 °C (-4 °F) to 20 °C (68 °F) within 6 minute
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must keep 38 ± 4 °C (100.4 ± 39.2 °F) after 25 minute
- At that time switch on, all measure point (1 - 8)
