DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor segment time adaptation
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in signal circuit
  • CKPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is at between 1500 and 3500 RPM (In case A/T), Engine speed is at between 2500 and 3500 RPM (In case M/T)
  • No crankshaft position sensor error
Threshold Value
  • Segment adaptation value exceeds threshold value
Diagnostic Time
  • 3 revolutions
MIL ON Condition
  • NO MIL ON (DTC only)
