Spark Plug Inspection

Refer to appropriate service information and visually and/or physically inspect following conditions; - Damaged insulation, worn electrodes, oil or fuel fouled, loose terminals and cracks.
Measure the electrode gap.
Specification : Approx. 0.8 to 0.9 (0.0354 to 0.0433 in.)
Measure the insulation resistance with a multimeter.
Specification : Approx. 10MΩ or more
Has any problems been found?

Good

Go to "Fuel System Inspection " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and than go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
