DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit check
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to power in injector #3 control circuit
  • Faulty injector #3
  • PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is higher than 320 RPM
  • Battery voltage is at between 10 and 16V
  • No full load
  • Time after fuel cut off elapsed is higher than 0.3s
  • Main pulse of cylinder individual injection time is higher than 0.3ms
Threshold Value
  • Circuit short to battery
  • ECU power stage diagnosis injector output voltage is lower than 0.531V at output ON
Diagnostic Time
  • 1.5s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
