  1. Check Camshaft and crankshaft alignment.

Good 

  1. Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  2. If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the PCM and go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good 

  1. Repair as necessary and than go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
