Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	Transaxle range switch connector	7 (power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect inhibitor switch connector. Ignition "ON". Measure voltages between each terminal and chassis ground during shift lever changed "P, R, N, D".	Transaxle range switch connector	(P-R-N-D)	Chassis ground	-	See below "Inhibitor switch specification"

Good

Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.
Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
