DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring deviation of long term fuel trim
  • Poor connector connection
  • Air leak in exhaust system
  • Faulty three-way catalytic converter
Enable Conditions
  • Canister purge not in "RAMP_OPEN" state
  • Downstream O2 sensor trim I-control active
  • Battery voltage is at between 10 and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Lambda value is lower than -0.04
Diagnostic Time
  • 60s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
