Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	Thermostat connector	1 (power)	Chassis ground	-	B+ Approx. 0.87V
	Thermostat connector	2 (control)	Chassis ground	-	B+ Approx. 0.87V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	Thermostat connector	2 (control)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinite)Ω

Good

Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
