Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check data
  • Short to power in harness
  • Short to ground in harness
  • Poor connection of connected part (open)
  • Faulty P-SIS - passenger
  • Check SRSCM
CAUTION: * Do not replace the SRSCM due to a history fault
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON" or engine "ON"

  • Sensor defect or check self-diagnostic data or received sensor defect message
