Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FLS & fuel pump motor connector	1 (FLS +)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 11.4V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	FLS & fuel pump motor connector	3 (FLS -)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
