Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the signal
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short circuit of the Inhibitor switch to the power
  • Faulty Inhibitor switch
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • Short circuit of the S1, S2
Detecting Time
  • 4s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
