Squib Circuit Inspection

NOTE: If dummy and dummy adaptor are not able to be prepared, use a 2Ω resistor.

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect the battery (-) cable and wait for 1 minute or more.
Remove the DCAB module and connect the dummy and dummy adapter to the DCAB module connector.
Connect the battery (-) cable and ignition "ON" and wait for 30s or more.
Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC) and clear DTC with KDS and diagnose again.
Are any DTCs stored in the system?
Good
- Go to "Main Harness Circuit Inspection" procedure.
No Good
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If problem still occurs, replace DCAB module and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

Good

If problem still occurs, replace SRSCM and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good
