Enable Condition	Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value	Feedback circuit short or feedback signal is less than 4.9V for more than 1s
Fail Safe	If vent mode is selected: Actuator is positioned at vent mode If other mode is selected: Actuator is positioned at defrost (DEF) mode
