- Voltage throttle position 2 at the lower limit stop - offset is less than 4.3V (offset = 0V)

- Acceleration pedal is greater than 15%
- ECT is greater than 100°C (212°F) or ECT is less than 5.3°C (41.54°F)
- IAT is lower than 5.3°C (41.54°F)
