- Barometric pressure is greater than 74.5kPa
- Fuel level is between 15 and 85%
- Purge active time is greater than 15s
- Fuel system status is closed loop
- Accelerator pedal is 0%
- Vehicle speed is 0km/h (0mph)
- MAP/barometric pressure is less than 0.8
- Refueling (FTP is greater than 300Pa and filtered delta FTP is greater than 50Pa) is not detected
- No disabling faults present
- Time after engine start is greater than 0s
